Clients want to help people make better decisions with everything they owe in one clean dashboard: monitor balances, interest rates, and due dates in real-time without logging into multiple websites and apps.
Additionally, they offer virtual cards for individuals to pay their bills, which helps prevent damage to their credit score if they're low on cash.

There are so many debt management apps on the market. How do we make a better one?
First of all, we analyzed our competitors to have a better understanding of what the market has to offer and what we can add to it.
First of all, we analyzed our competitors to have a better understanding of what the market has to offer and what we can add to it.
Afterwards, we created a survey and sent it out to potential clients, asking them about their experiences with financial apps. We received over 700 responses, took notes and grouped them into sections to have a better understanding of what users really need.

Having a clear overview of what's important, we we defined the full list of functions that should be included in the MVP:
dashboard with overview of user's finances;
bill management;
account management;
transactions history;
virtual cards.

During user research we identified that one of the target audience’s requests was to manage their bills without complex flows and overcomplicated functionality.
We focused on bill management as our main USP, providing an overview of user's finances and allowing them to track everything in a simple dashboard.

When it comes to virtual cards, it was important to make the process transparent and easy to understand so that users can benefit from using them without hesitations.
Users can use virtual cards to pay any bill: now they have control over how much they can be charged or can even block payments.

We had a goal to design an app that makes the complex process of controlling personal finances simple and understandable for a regular user. And we did our best to help people quickly and easily achieve their financial goals with the help of consistent and minimalist design.
